Small Double Friendly House H'smith Station Garden

We are looking for one more housemate to share our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Colwith Road, W6 9EY. It’s a 10 minute walk to Hammersmith station (Zone 2- District, Piccadilly, Circle & Hammersmith and City lines). There are loads of buses a 1 min walk away, and we are really close to the river which is great for walking, running, and cycling.

There are a ton of nice pubs, restaurants, and gyms very close by. Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury, Pret A Manger, a fish & chip shop, and Poppy’s (great Thai BYO) are all within a 2 to 5 minute walk.

There is a shared lounge, an eat in kitchen, and a small cute garden. We are three males and one female. The room is a small with double bed, two sets of draws, and a built-in wardrobe would suit a minimalist. This room will share a bathroom with only one other person. All bathrooms were recently refurbished.
Bills are not included and will be approximately £130 pm which will include gas, electricity, water, heating, internet, council tax, WiFi, TV license, and a weekly cleaner for bathrooms and all common areas. There will be a 5 week deposit, and references and a UK based Guarantor are required.

We are looking for professional, male or female, working Monday to Friday, clean, tidy, respectful who want to make this their home. We enjoy evenings out, rubbish TV, like to share a meal, a glass of wine and game night. and Pub quiz. We are all social but also like our own space and respect other’s space. We are open to people new to the area who want to join us living in a happy, clean, and friendly environment.
