I am Ana a 27-year-old marketing professional living in a very cozy country-style apartment in Fulham. I am currently on the hunt for a female flatmate with good vibes and positive energy, preferably professional but students are welcome as well.

We are talking about a 2-storey apartment quite luminous and spacious with a shared living room with big TV, open-plan kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one of them is ensuite. The rent for the ensuite is 1,200£ pcm, bills excluded but usually the monthly bills are estimated around 100-150£ per month.

The property is located in Fulham Palace Road, 20mins walk from the riverside leading to Hammersmith, 10-15mins walk to Putney Bridge Station (District line), 2 bus stops just around the corner that take you to Earl's Court, South Kensington & Hammersmith Picaddily line stations in 15-20mins. Hold on - this property's strength is that Tesco is LITERALLY next door; when I first moved in this place it was just dreamyyyy!

Note: the property is currently on the market for sale but the contract ends in November 2024 - in case we need to move out the landlord will give us a reasonable amount of 2 months time or more in order to find another property.
