Spacious bright room near the river

Hello everyone!

Two of our wonderful flatmates are moving out so we are looking for someone to fill up their room.

It's a very spacious double room, contains a double bed, closet and two sets of drawers. the tables and chairs are not included but are up for sale if you are interested!

We have a shared living room with a big sofa and table, the kitchen is tiny but efficient and cute.

There are two toilets, one of which has a shower. the water pressure is good and there is always hot water!

Current flatmates is a dentist(29) and i am a visual merchandiser(26) who does a lot of art in my free time.

We clean the flat ourselves so we are looking for someone tidy and that looks after the place as much as we do. We both work monday to friday, so during the week we tend to keep to ourselves. We are looking for someone open minded and considerate.

It is a really beautiful and safe area, 10min to Hammersmith tube station, bus station right in front of our flat and the Riverside is a 5min walk away. Tesco, sainsburys and waitrose are 2min away. It is a very convenient location!

We also have wifi, decent speed that is included in the bills as well.

We are looking for someone to move in asap.
