Lovely garden flat near the river in W6

I'm looking for a flatmate to rent out the spare double room in my lovely garden flat, just off the Fulham Palace Road and a stone's throw from the river.

I would like a reliable professional woman to share with. I'm a journalist and tend to only be at the flat three to four days a week at the moment. I would like somebody outgoing and independent who enjoys the balance of a busy social life with time spent cosying at home too. That probably best sums me up as well.

The flat has two bedrooms, then a bathroom and also a separate additional loo too, followed by a kitchen and a sitting room with French doors out to the garden. The garden is unusually large for the area and a real sun trap.

Another bonus is that the property is by itself on our side of the street so there are only neighbours (a very nice couple) upstairs rather than to either side.

Council tax band D, but that is included in the rental fee. I'd love to hear from you.
