The room is a very large double and you can add items of furniture if you wish. The flat is very spacious and has a rear garden with seating area, sitting room with large freeview tv and bathroom with bath and shower over. The kitchen has everything you need: oven, microwave, fridge freezer, air fryer, nutribullet, washing machine, and pots and pans but you are more than welcome to bring your own things.

The Thames is at the end of the street and a park just over the road. Shops are all within walking distance.
Parsons Green and Putney Bridge tube stations are 10 minutes walk.

Rent is £1000 pcm, bills are not included but they will be split in half and are not very expensive as they are metered.
