Kitchen leads on to the yard, and also there is a large separate lounge/dining room at the front which is ideal and seems a rarity in the area.

Currently one other very friendly and nice flatmate who is professional working in the office Mon-Fri so could also suit anyone needing to work from home.

Rent is £1100 for the room
(flat total is £2000 with a £900/£1100 split due to the size of the rooms)

Bills coming to an additional £150 a month on average to cover.
