Looking for a new flatmate to our lovely flat

Hi there,

We’re looking for a new flatmate in our 3 bedroom flat ( sorry I made a mistake in this add, it’s 3 bedroom not 2)!! Sadly our flatmate is going back to her hometown in the end of this month.

Here are some info:
The flat is located on a main street, less than a 15-minute walk from Hammersmith Station. There are Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose within 2 minutes' walk, Boots and a greengrocer's just next door.
You would be sharing a large bathroom and a sunny living/kitchen area with three flatmates, all in their 30s and very easygoing.

There's also a nice patio/back garden with a table and chairs, perfect for warm summer nights!

You might be required to send a copy of your passport along with your last three months' bank statements and your proof of right to work and stay in the UK.
Rent is £750 pcm, bills excluded (typically around £100 including Council Tax!). The flat is in council tax band E.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who is around late twenty to early thirty. And not work from home every day (1-2 days a week is no problem!).
