We are looking for a new flatmate to share our 4 double bedroom, 2 bathroom home.

There's an excellent amounts of common areas so the property has a spacious airy feel and tons of natural light. There's a massive lounge and a separate very good size eat-in kitchen/dining room. The property is located in Harbord St, a quiet residential street just a one minute walk away from the bus stop with both Hammersmith Zone 2 (District, Piccadilly, Circle & Hammersmith and City line) or Putney Bridge Stations walkable or just a few bus stops away.

Some of us occasionally WFH but this is maybe one day maximum two per week we are looking for someone in similar position with regular working regular hours. This is a long term let so at least one year contract. The available bedroom has a double bed, desk, dresser and built in wardrobe. Each bedroom shares a bathroom with only one person and both bathrooms have full baths and showers.

Local amenities include the new Fulham Pier restaurants, bar, coffee shop and work areas, Bishops park and the River Walk right at the end of the street, great for running, walking or cycling and riverside restaurants/Pubs. There are nice bars, restaurants and handy local shops 5-7 minutes walk away in Munster Village. Putney High St and Parsons Green have major banks, shops, restaurants, nightlife and a cinema also walkable or a quick bus ride. It's a great safe area.

We are 3 professionals Ali, Joe and Judrina interested in a clean and respectful friendly house. We like to share a glass of wine watch a trash TV show, but also enjoy our own down time and space. We are 1 male 2 females housemates but you will share a bathroom with a female, most important is a good fit to our vibe and that you are in a similar position in life.

Bills are not included and Gas, electric, water, wifi, council tax are estimated to be £100 per month per person
We will be doing viewings for those who meet the requirements in person only. Viewing will be Dec 3rd so you will need to be available to meet with us then

Parking
Outside there is on-street parking for two cars, with allocated permits available for purchase directly from the council. There is a place to secure a bike outside but it's not under cover BIKES ARE NEVER ALLOWED INSIDE THE FLAT.
