As of March this double bed room in a first floor 3-bed property will become available. The property is situated in a green leafy suburb of Fulham, a short walk from the river Thames and Crabtree pub.

The property is shared with two other male tenants, 2 w/cs, a large shared living room with a TV. The kitchen is situated at the back of the property and is decent size with a recently fitted large fridge freezer and washing machine.

This property is ideal for its peaceful surroundings in a family neighbourhood while still close to the hussle and bustle of zone 2 London. Note, sometimes planes can be heard overhead but this hasn’t been an issue in my experience.

Tube connections are varied, being roughly equal distance from Hammersmith, (district and Piccadilly lines, Hammersmith and city line) Fulham Broadway (district line) and Putney (district line and national rail).

There is a bit of a walk to consider (20 mins) each way to either of the tube stations. However there is a bus stop at the end of the street for quick access to Hammersmith Broadway, kings street and the tube station.

A short walk from the property is Fulham palace road, which hosts a Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s and a variety of cafes, restaurants and other amenities.

As well as being close to Bishops Park, Lillie Road park is just at the end of the street - which is a nice relaxing spot during the summers and also there you will find a Better group gym at affordable rates, if that is your thing!

As you will see the property is also located close to Craven Cottage, which will affect pay and display parking on game days. Generally however noise pollution is low and the football club even offers the occasional free tickets for residents of the neighbourhood to say thank you.

Recently the Fulham pier (6 min walk) opened which hosts a great range of bars and restaurants and will be an ideal place to watch Wimbledon or the World Cup.
