Double room available in Hammersmith, rent is £740 per month. The room is a decent size and comes furnished with a bed and set of drawers. The flat is nice and has everything you could need and there is also an outdoor terrace. You’ll be living with 3 other people, an English girl, an Irish girl and a kiwi guy, all in their mid 20s and very friendly. The flat is in a great location, it’s a 2min walk to the Thames riverside which is lovely in summer and there’s lots of really nice pubs around. Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are all only a 1-2min walk away. Public transport is really good, there’s a bus stop on the other side of the street and Hammersmith station is only a 5min bus ride away. The station has the District, Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines. Looking for somebody in their 20s or early 30s who is friendly and likes to have a chat and hang out but also wants their own space.
