2 bright and spacious double rooms!

We have two lovely double rooms available in our gorgeous four-bedroom house right next to Tooting common and about a 15 min walk from both Tooting Bec/Tooting broadway tube stations - great access to bars, pubs, cafes and Tooting markets. Well connected to bus routes and a 20 min walk from Streatham. You can also easily walk across the common to lovely Balham. 😁

The rooms were previously rented by a couple (Charlotte and Nuno) but they have found a place to live and so will be moving on to pastures new 🥲.

This is a large house over three floors, with a lovely open-plan kitchen and living room, and a separate front room. We have a big dining table and a large back garden and patio which is great for BBQs. The rooms are located on the first floor and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with Rachel and another new person (there’s another shared bathroom downstairs).

Angie (33) and a Neuroscientist working in medical advertising. Originally from Manchester so really northern (friendly, great sense of humour). Loves reformer Pilates, Barre and yin yoga. Love being outdoors and going out and doing things in the city with friends on the weekend, and always trying to figure out what to add to the list of things to do!

Rachel (30) is a trainee psychologist and doctoral student. Very easygoing, active and outdoorsy, enjoys cooking, running, yoga, gym and tennis. When not swamped with deadlines, enjoys the odd G&T, going for brunch and exploring London (as a relatively London-newbie!). Loves a games night or movie night, festivals and live music!

We’ve all lived in the house a while and have created a mini home away from home. We are all professionals and work similar hours Monday to Friday. Weekdays we like to keep a fairly chilled atmosphere in the house and weekends we are often out and about but we also like to go for a few drinks or hang out as a house every now and then. We all get on as friends but also have our friends too!

We are looking for someone respectful and friendly and who likes to socialise with the rest of the house. We are all really tidy, and everyone does their bit; we also have a cleaner that comes fortnightly to clean communal areas.

Room is £700 per month
Bills are usually an additional £90 on top of this. We are about a 15-20 walk from Tooting Bec station and a 25 minute walk to Balham. We are very close to Tooting Common.

The rooms are available as unfurnished except a wardrobe for each room. We are flexible with the move in date too.
