Lovely room in a beautiful big house

We have one lovely double room available in our gorgeous four-bedroom house in Tooting. This is a large house over three floors, with a lovely open-plan kitchen and living room, and a separate front room. We have a big dining table and a large back garden which is great for BBQs.

The room is located on the first floor and you’ll be replacing Nuno who is sadly leaving and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with Rachel and another new person. The room fits a double bed but it is currently being used as an office

Angie is 32 and a Neuroscientist working in medical advertising. Originally from Manchester so really northern (friendly, great sense of humour). Loves reformer Pilates, Barre and yin yoga. Love being outdoors and going out and doing things in the city with friends on the weekend, and always trying to figure out what to add to the list of things to do!

Rachel is 30 and a psychologist and PhD student, enjoys cooking and running. Really chilled and laid back.

We’ve all lived in the house a while and have created a mini home away from home. We are all professionals and work similar hours Monday to Friday. Weekdays we like to keep a fairly chilled atmosphere in the house and weekends we are often out and about but we also like to go for a few drinks as a house every now and then. We all get on as friends but also have our friends too!

We are looking for someone respectful and friendly and who likes to socialise with the rest of the house. We are all really tidy, and everyone does their bit; we also have a cleaner that comes fortnightly to clean communal areas.

Room is £700 per month
Bills are usually an additional £90 on top of this
