Description
One of our housemates is sadly leaving so we’re looking for a third person to complete our peaceful and homey flat.
Move in date is 17th October, but this can be flexible.
Room: £700pcm
Deposit: £666
Bills approx: £100pcm (This is the very top end of the estimate! It varies seasonally, and this includes water, gas, electricity, council tax, WiFi and the quarterly TV license payment).
LOCATION:
The flat is in the Furzedown area, 13 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station (Northern line) and 10 mins walk from Tooting Station (overground direct to St Pancras / London Bridge). The flat is on a quiet residential street and is really close to Tooting Common and the shops, restaurants and pubs of Tooting High Street, as well as Tooting Market. There is a nearby Sainsburys Local and Lidl, gym and good coffee shops!

We are two professionals; Lily, 26 and hybrid working and Lucie, 31, working full time in the office. We ideally want someone who is not 100% remote working and not a student.
Looking for someone sociable, easy going and tidy; who’s keen to hang out with us but also has their own stuff going on!
About Us
Lucie: I work in Fashion and spend my down time by going to the gym, running around the common and reading in my fave local coffee shop or socialising with friends over brunch and I love a day festival in the summer!
Lily: I work in communications and in my spare time I love to cook, read and find new tv programmes to watch, but I also love socialising with the girls, finding new areas of London and cuisines to explore and discover new hikes on the outskirts of London.
