**Large Double En-Suite Room in Sociable Tooting House – Professionals Only**

I’m moving out, and we have a spacious double en-suite room available in our modern Tooting home. The house has a large kitchen, a small pool, an indoor BBQ, and an outdoor office great for working from home. There’s also a spare bedroom for guests.

You’ll be sharing with friendly, sociable working professionals who enjoy music and going out, so we’re looking for someone similar! Council tax is included, and bills are around £100-£120 each.

We’re about a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway (or 5 minutes by bus) and 5 minutes from Tooting Overground. Lidl is just 5 minutes away, and Sainsbury's is a 15-minute walk.
