I’m moving out, and there's a spacious double en-suite room available in our modern Tooting home. The house has loads of great features:

🍿 We’ve also got a projector setup, perfect for Netflix and movie nights.
🏊‍♂️ Plus, a small pool, indoor BBQ, and an outdoor office that doubles as a DJ space at the end of the garden.

You’ll be living with friendly, sociable working professionals who enjoy music and going out but are also respectful of personal space. Council tax is included, and bills are around £95 each.

📍 About a 15-minute walk to Tooting Broadway (or 5 minutes by bus) and just 5 minutes from Tooting Overground. Lidl is close by (5 minutes), and Sainsbury's is a 15-minute walk.

🎧 Matt – Works in account management, loves house events, and is very sociable.
🎵 Raam – Software developer, loves going to raves on the weekend, and sometimes DJs in the garden office—great for drinks with friends!
🍸 Albert – Also in account management, enjoys the pub and his gin collection.
