The furnishings in the pictures belongs to the current tenant and will not be included with the room. A double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers will be provided. A desk and chair can also be provided on request. The room can also be provided unfurnished.

The apartment is within 5 minutes walk from Gants Hill station, concierge and security guard cover the building 6 days a week which provides additional security. Parking is not available with the room, but underground parking is available within the building and can be rented separately if required.
