My flat is fully furnished and is currently occupied by a long-term tenant who is vacating in the coming few months.
I am looking for a long-stay tenant who wants to take advantage of a direct-to-landlord rental relationship. No agents.
I've been super lucky with my Superhost Airbnb so far and my long-term tenants have also been amazing.
I'm looking for the right person (professional, single occupant, non-smoker, no pets, no party people) to enjoy and take care of the flat like it is their own. It’s a very peaceful place in the heart of Zone 3.
As it's fully furnished including everything from new bed linen to Hoover/kitchenware etc, you might also be someone in between relocating /renting/purchasing and don't have a lot of your items or perhaps you are on a long-term work contract in London or you want a beautiful flat to live in without buying your stuff!
THE PRICE IS LISTED WITHOUT BILLS AND BASED ON SINGLE OCCUPANCY FULLY FURNISHED. Bills are approximately £280 PCM.
Prior rental references and professional references as well as evidence of employment and passport will be required and a contract will need to be signed along with a rental deposit. Deposits will depend on the length of stay and will be held with a secure government bond.
Interviews will be available by video/phone chat first and then a shortlist can view the flat before the final appointment.
