Good sized double room in light cosy flat

Having lived in this flat for just over 4 years I can say it’s a really lovely place to come home too. The bedroom is a good size, which fits a double bed, chest of drawers and a hefty clothes rack all very easily with room still left over. Has a shared living room space which is great for having people over, always a bonus or chilling out of an evening. As well as a shared garden which during the summer months we’ve used for bbqs and parties. We’ve a little baloney with a make shift bench that really catches the sun, when it happens to be out. We are also the top floor which means no footsteps going on above ya and also the most amazing views spanning across London, getting some incredible sunsets. Decent sized kitchen with a gas cooker and a recently newly installed washing machine.
Youre only a 5 minute walk from Gipsy Hill station which can get you into London Bridge or Victoria within 20/25 minutes and there’s a bus stop just at the entrance to buildings a minute walk away.
Just up the road is Crystal Palace which in the recent months has had a slew of new restaurants open and has a nice buzz of an evening, close to Crystal Palace park. Also meaning you’re only a 10 minute walk from Crystal Palace overground. Very handy. Despite being close to the triangle the actual flat is tucked nicely away into an almost secluded part of town, so no hearing traffic at nice. Nice and calm.
You’d be living with Joe, an actor who is currently doing a show in London as well as teaching so depending on your schedule may occasionally feel like ships in the night. Very handy with his diy or if ya need a suggestion for a good wine.
The rest of the house is furnished, you would just simply need to set yourself up in the bedroom!
