Large Room in Gipsy Hill/Crystal Palace

A 5 minute walk from Gipsy Hill station with direct routes to London Bridge and Victoria Station, this large room in a lovely bright house is convenient and peaceful. You would be living with myself, my 9 year old daughter would be staying in her room 3 times a week, she’s very sweet and you’ll mostly have the place to yourself. I work eveings Thursday till Sunday so the house will be empty those nights. There is a lovely garden front and back. The back opens up onto a nice green perfect for pets to run around if you have any. Ideally would like to have someone in here from September. The deposit would be 400£ and 1 months rent upfront.
