I am advertising a spare room in my Dad's flat in Gipsy Hill which I am going to be living in for a little bit whilst it goes up for sale.
I am expecting it to be available for a couple of months at least, maybe even three, and in any event, with at least two weeks notice on move out dates. It hopefully will act as a stop gap for you!
I am not 100% sure if anyone will be interested, but I am just floating it out there in case anyone is!
The property is going up for sale, so there will be a few viewings etc etc. This inconvenience is reflected in the rental price. In more exciting news, it is a 3-5 minute walk to Gipsy Hill Station for access into the big smoke!
Ideally you're someone who understands the situation quickly. is a chilled housemate and enjoys a chat about whatever. If you think that is you, let me know a bit about yourself!
PS - will upload pics next week - and will be swapping out some furniture etc from the existing set up to make it feel a bit more like home.
