Looking for housemates to fill beautiful house

Hello,

I have found a beautiful and affordable 3 bed house in Gipsy Hill, and am looking for housemates to fill the remaining two rooms.

The house is available from Oct 1st and the rooms are 2 well sized doubles. It’s an amazing find for the price and has an absolutely stunning front and back garden! Features also include lots of natural light, a dishwasher and a bath and shower, separate living room and large kitchen space.

It is situated in a 12 minute walk from Gipsy Hill train station, and is a leafy and quiet suburb with pubs and restaurants nearby - we are specially close to Crystal Palace which has good nightlife, pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops with the Everyman Cinema and Crystal Palace park on the doorstep.

The property is unfurnished however I am able to supply all kitchen equipment and living room furniture. You will just need furniture for the bedrooms. I am considering short let’s also, so if you need to move on, I will happily buy the furniture if you want to leave it here - no stress!

I am a 31 year old professional working in creative field in London Bridge - I’m in the office twice a week and work from home for the rest. I am an easy going, friendly housemate and I like to make a house a home and love being in nature. At home I like to grow vegetables and spend time in the garden. I am very active and enjoy yoga and going on long hikes. I am a bit of a cinema junkie, going almost once a week! I have a very loving and affectionate cat named Jerry, who loves company from all. He is 5 years old and well trained.
