Great train links to Balham, Clapham Junction, London Bridge, Shoreditch, Victoria (no more than 35 minutes journey time)

We have a massive back garden too, great for barbecues and hanging out for summer drinks when it is warm!

I appreciate v. much a tidy space. I have a good sense of humour but also have my own social life so am not expecting flatmates to share each others social lives.

The rest of the flat has a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and then my bedroom.

We have a communal shed in our back garden if you need to store bikes.
