1 bedroom from 22-Jun to ~end Sep (flex end date)

I am currently living in the flat and looking for a flatmate from the 22 June until approximately end of september minimum but can be extended longer. Very quiet street, bedrooms overseeing a private garden. Third floor, no lift. The bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath and additional storage, en-suite shower room (for private use). The flat has a large living room and a separate fully refurbished kitchen to share. There is also access to a huge private roof terrace from the flat. All bills are included.
