Rice cooker, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine with drying function

This is a lower ground 3b2b flat, and that’s part of the reason why you can find a nice room with low cost in such an expensive area. I paid extra rent for not sharing the bathroom with other flatmates, so that you can have your own bathroom during your stay.

Single bed, please prepare your own beddings.

Anytime from 6th Aug until 3rd Sept
(Might be able to extend a bit depending on the situation, fee for extending = £38 per night)

I’ll tidy up the room and the bathroom very well before you move in, so please keep tidy and clean up everything before leaving. Otherwise I might charge you for cleaning from the deposit. Thanks a lot.

Reference needed:
Because I wanna sublet my room with my landlady’s consent, she’d need a reference number from you to prove that you have the right to rent in the UK
(You can find this number easily on UKVI website as long as you’re a British citizen or you have a valid BRP)
