A bright and cozy double room is available in a warm, welcoming flat located just 5 minutes from High Street Kensington, Hyde Park, and Gloucester Road Station. Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and many shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within a 5–10 minute walk. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and vibrant — a lovely place to call home.
We’re looking for someone who is VERY CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, and RESPECTFUL of everyone’s space and schedule.
About us: We are three professionals who originally met as flatmates and have become great friends over time. Our schedules are busy, but we enjoy catching up over brunch or lunch now and then, or just having a relaxed chat and laughs together in the living area.
The most important things for us are cleanliness, respect, and consideration. This is a calm home — we don’t host parties or have guests over all the time.
