Cozy flat in Gloucester road

I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy with me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat available from early December.

• Bright and cozy space with lots of natural light
• Spacious king-size bedroom available for you (large wardrobe + big windows)
• Balcony with a lovely view
• 7 minutes’ walk to Gloucester Road Station
• Close to Waitrose, cafes, and shops

🛏️ My room is the smaller one (single bed + wardrobe). I’m a student, often at uni, the library, or traveling, so you’ll get plenty of quiet time and space.

A professional (required for the tenancy) who’s social, tidy, and has a busy schedule — someone who enjoys a calm, respectful home environment.
