Large furnished room with double bed and own bathroom available from mid-April or from 1st May 2026 for short lets of up to 6 months and commuting. Longer lets of up to 1-2 years can also be considered, but the room is better suited for someone in need of temporary accommodation or newish to London.

Rent is 300 GBP per week inclusive of broadband, council tax, water and fixed bill charges, but with consumption of electricity and gas to share on top. One month deposit required. The rent is negotiable according to the specific requirements.

I am a freelance media professional looking to rent out my spare room to a responsible, reliable, clean and tidy professional female, with a preference for someone working on-site or hybrid and ideally vegetarian. I am not always in London therefore you will have the whole flat to yourself at the price of a room for a few months a year!

The double bedroom is completely furnished, with double bed, bedside table, desk, professional desk chair, chest of drawers, laundry bin and wardrobe space. Availability of own bathroom (not en-suite).

The maisonette is on the top 2 floors of a four-storey purpose-built block and includes a big kitchen with skylight, dining room, living room and balcony overlooking trees (the whole area is very green, beautiful and quiet).

The property is located in Golders Green NW11, just off the Hampstead Heath Extension and Golders Hill Park and less than a 10-minute walk to Golders Green Underground Station on the Northern Line (also Night Tube). Golders Green Station is also a bus station, with National Express stops for Stansted and Luton airports and many other British towns. The N5 bus stops nearby. There are many shops and cafés in the neighbourhood, including Sainsburys, Waitrose and M&S.

I am sociable and easy going, but I also cherish my personal space. I am a moderate smoker, but I rarely drink alcohol.
