Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, and office chair (the outgoing housemate has a few items of furniture that they are looking to sell (TV, stand, etc.) they are happy to discuss this with the new housemate

About Us:

You’ll be living with five international housemates, aged 26-46, all working professionals
A stable household with some members living here for ten years
Two-and-a-half lovely, well-trained cats that make this house feel like a home
We run the house together, sharing maintenance tasks like cleaning and general upkeep
The house has a great vibe—usually quiet, but we enjoy occasional get-togethers with music, food, and good company
Rent Details:

£805 pcm, including all bills (council tax, internet, house shopping, gas, and electricity)
£805 deposit
Rent is due by the 1st of each month.
