About the flat:

• 10 minute walk to both Golders Green station and Brent Cross station (as well as easy bus links too).

• £670 per month for rent and all bills (gas, water, electricity, internet, TV licence, council tax and a cleaner twice a month).

• Large bathroom and separate second toilet.

• Huge open plan sitting room and dining room with a separate kitchen.

• You will be sharing with me, a Spanish teacher.

• Ideally looking for people in their mid-late 20s - 30s.

• New contract will be signed on August 14th.
