Double Room in Friendly Flat

Fully furnished double bedroom comes with bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, set of drawers, etc.
Rent is £350 per month plus bills (normally around £90-100 per month). Deposit is £330.
Looking for someone to take over the lease on my room as I am moving back to New Zealand(which is why the room is a bit of a mess in the photos, I'm currently in the middle of packing). The flat is super friendly, we have a shared lounge and often spend time together hanging out and watching shitty TV. Current flatmates range from 26-40 with a mix of nationalities (Welsh, Austrailian, New Zealand and Italian)
We also have a 2 year old cat, Gimli so any potential flatmates must like/not be allergic to cats!
Flat is 1 minute walk away from buses (102, 13 and 460) and 10-15 minutes walk away from Golders Green tube station.
Super close to local shops including Waitrose, M&S Food Hall, WHSmith and Boots.
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and reliable who enjoys being social (would also help if you're a heavy sleeper as the room is right next to the lounge!)
