Double room to rent in a lovely house

We have 1 room to rent in a lovely flat with a roof terrace on Golders Green Road.

It’s a quiet area, surrounded by local shops, nice places to eat, very close to supermarkets and less than 5 minutes walking distance to Golders Green tube station (Northern line). Very handy National Express bus stop in front of the station too, taking you directly to Stansted or Luton.

The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, sofa, a drawer chest, 1 chair and a small library.

Utilities are not included in the rent and are an average of £100 per person (usually less during the summer).

We have a functional shared kitchen, two bathrooms, a small but handy storage room to dry clothes and a rooftop terrace where we spend most sunny days.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other friendly people, two of them are a couple. We speak English, Spanish, French and Italian and are all very friendly, clean, respectful of each other spaces and schedules but also happy to share some time together - so we are ideally looking for someone similar :)
