We are three (2 females, 1 male) young professionals who are looking for one flatmate (male or female welcome) to share this homely four bedroom duplex flat.

We enjoy going out to museums, bars, attending music concerts, travelling and going out for dinner with friends but equally relaxing indoors and reading.

The available room is a large, bright double and comes with its own private wet room with shower and basin, (no toilet) and is available at the end of December 2020.

This is a joint tenancy between us 4 flatmates.

The flat has wooden floors throughout, with a modern friendly open plan kitchen, dining and living area with views of the large, south facing back garden, which we share with the ground floor flat.

Short walk to Golders Green station (4 mins. bus journey) and Hampstead Heath with its exceptional views of London and outdoor swimming pools. The house is on a quiet road with easy access to shops. There is plenty of on-street permit parking.

It is adjacent to the Finchley Road with many bus routes and travel connections (including bus links to some London airports).

Quiet, clean, respectful flatmate required.
