ON HOLD AFFORDABLE accommodation offered in GOLDER GREEN NW11 area, excellent opportunity for a Female preferred a Homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home with a couple.
This couple are looking for someone who is working from home most days, they are able to do most things themselves just need a homesharer to be around when the wife is out she would like someone to keep an eye on the husband that he is ok and does not need anything like a cup of tea or some companionship they are looking for someone mature.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help/support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The buses are a 3 minute walk from the house and the bus takes 10 minutes to and tube station Golders Green it is a London Underground station, north London. The station is on the Edgware branch of the Northern line between Hampstead and Brent Cross. It is in Travelcard Zone 3 and is the first surface station on the Edgware branch when heading north.
Finchley East Station is 20 minutes on the bus in zone 3
Finchley Central is also 20 minutes on the bus in zone 4

There are a number of shops which are a 3 minutes’ walk from the house.

HOUSEHOLDER
We have a lovely couple they are in their 80’s and early 90’s and lives in a lovely comfortable 3/4 bedroom house in Golders Green. They spend time during the day reading books, listen to music and visiting friends and family when possible.
They are both independent they are looking for some practical help and support around the house, help putting washed clothes out, ironing and some cleaning keeping the house tidy, helping with some cooking. Also if a homesharer can take the gentleman out for walks occasionally to give the lady a break.

The family are attracted to Homeshare as it means the parents can stay living in their own house and have an extra presence in the house for companionship and security.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious 3/4 bedroom house. Downstairs toilet and cloak room
Shared facilities kitchen and 2 sitting room and a dining room. There is a nice garden.
The homesharer will have the top floor which is in the loft to themselves with their own bathroom with a toilet, sink and bath with a shower and bedroom a double bed and storage for clothes

Internet will be available

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised
