The location is excellent - just 1 minute’s walk from Brent Cross tube station (Northern Line), with around 20 minutes by tube to King’s Cross and Soho. Brent Cross Shopping Centre is just two bus stops away, and there are express buses from Golders Green to Luton and Stansted airports. Hampstead Heath is also around 20 minutes by bus.

There are currently two professionals living in the flat. The landlord travels frequently and is often away, while the other professional works during the day, so the flat is generally calm and peaceful.
