Location: 5mins from Golders Green St. on the Northern Line. Bus stops close by with quick access to Hampstead, Brent Cross shopping centre. (The 102 bus runs 24hrs), N5. 268.

The flat is on the top floor of a converted house and has great natural lighting. It comes fully furnished, and the room comes with a single bed/under guest bed. and a built-in wardrobe. There is a desk/drawers. There is a separate kitchen and living room which will be shared with the prospective new tenant, as well as two bathrooms. As there will only be two of us, it’s easy enough for sharing the communal areas.

I currently live alone in this lovely 2 bedroom flat. I’m a quiet, homebody type. I enjoy a night out here and there but keep my home calm and chilled. I would like to find someone like-minded who enjoys a chat over coffee, chilling on the sofa, a shared interest in tv shows, etc, but who also respects privacy and space. I enjoy cooking and working out from home. I’m a very tidy person and keep the flat in great condition. Would expect a new tenant to also be tidy and share the load with cleaning (also not opposed to hiring a cleaner too as it’s not my favorite thing to do).

Rent is £850/month inc. Move-in date can be a little flexible.
