I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy for my room from 1/07/2024. I am leaving due to getting married and have loved living here for the last 2 years.

▪️Spacious 2-bedroom flat in North West London .
▪️5 min walk to Golders Green Station (Northern Line, Zone 3).
▪️Approx £1,200 pm (rent + bills) for my room.
▪️ Private landlords who are quick to respond to any issue.
▪️ Lovely flatmate, aged 30, lawyer.
▪️ The other room in the property is an ensuite, but the shower room is shared.
▪️ Large open plan living room with spacious adjoining kitchen.
▪️ Bedroom can be unfurnished or furnished (I am happy to agree to a price for my furniture).
▪️ Double room which fits a double bed, desk and has 3 built-in wardrobe.
▪️Furnished kitchen and living room.
▪️No pets, smokers or couples.
▪️ Ideal for a young woman who is a working professional as the other flatmate is a young female professional.
▪️Would need to be tidy and happy to share the responsibility for the common areas.
▪️ Tenancy renews every October.
