We’re looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in our flat on a one year lease with a 6months break clause.

Closest stations are Brent Cross, which is a 8minute walk and Golders Green, only a 10min walk away. Brent Cross shopping mall is only a 15min bus ride away and getting into central london is super easy with the handy dandy Northern Line, only takes 20mins to get to TCR! There are heaps of cafes and restaurants on Golders Green road so you will be spoilt for choice. It’s also a very safe neighbourhood so coming home late at night is not an issue.

The house was refurbished last year so it’s very clean and landlord responds very fast when it comes to issues. This is a 3bd flat so you’ll be sharing with one exisiting flatmate! She’s a young professional who works hybrid. She’s very chill and a loves a bit of chit chat and drinks.

For both rooms deposit is 5weeks rent.
Bills come to around £60-70 and council tax is £47.77
