The room is unfurnished except for a wardrobe & ceiling lamp that comes with the room.

The house is a 3-storey house and consists of a shared large kitchen/living room with a half bathroom, plus 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites. The room advertised has a communal bathroom shared with 2 other housemates. There's also a cosy little back garden.

It's an international household with a mix of professionals and creatives between 29-34. It's a friendly bunch who all enjoy a chat in the kitchen and are respectful of each other's space.

The house itself is a 10-15 walk from Golders Green Station (Northern Line), plus there's a bus stop a couple of minutes from the house. It's a calm area with plenty of local shops (and charity shops!) and just a 15 minute walk from the Hampstead Heath extension.

The rent for the room is £575 per month, and the deposit is £571.
Bills incl. council tax (Council tax band F) come up to around £80-£130 per month, depending on the time of the year.
