Furnished double - Golders Green - Rolling monthly

I’ve got a lovely, bright, furnished double room available for rent in Golders Green from mid-October (move in between the 5th and the 16th)! It’s a pretty good sized double, and depending on your work requirements, it might be possible for you to use the desk in the kitchen as well (which you can see in the photos).

Current flat mate is moving to New Zealand, so the landlord has asked me to sub-let this room. Landlord is currently selling the flat, but they’ve told me they don’t expect to complete until spring 25, so would give us a good few months. Still, the contract will be monthly rolling, but a good opportunity to get a couple of cheap months of rent in!

It’s a two bed, and you’ll be living with me - I’m a 28-year-old guy, and a theatre director from London. I’m a vegetarian (no judgement to other diets!) and I like being outdoors, playing games, and hosting the occasional dinner party!

Looking for someone (any gender) who is fairly chill, and happy to socialise (although no pressure if you prefer a bit of quiet time). Ideally someone who is working, whether that’s working from home or in the office, but otherwise no strong preferences. Reach out to let me know a bit about you!

In terms of logistics - Wi-Fi is included, but alll other bills aren’t. They usually come to about £150 a month. Clean and tidy is a must, as well share cleaning responsibilities in the common areas (kitchen, toilet, and living room) - it’s all pretty easy to keep clean though!
