Double Room, 4 bed 2 bath Flat in Golders Green

🙋‍♀️3 of my friends and I were supposed to move into the house in Golders Green (5 mins from the station). Unfortunately, one of them cannot move forward anymore and we are 1 person short! I am therefore looking to see if there is anyone in need of home who would like to move in with us
🏡 It is a quite large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property with a garden (suitable for bbq and other activities). We are happy to give the biggest room to the new person who will join us
💸The rent would be split equally amonst us 4, so it comes upto £875 per month per person. The bills are anticipated to come up to £100 per month per person. Deposit is £1094 per person (i. e. 5 weeks worth of rent).
📆The move in date is likely to be 7-10 days from today, but you could leave your things there earlier if necessary. Context: We gave the agency a list of things we wanted refurbished in the house before moving in, which is what is happening in the next 7-10 days (e. g. both bathrooms are being refurbished starting today, deep cleaning etc.)
