We are; Jessie, 31, choreographer & filmmaker, from the US. Melissa, 28, digital designer, speaks spanish. Laura, 33, actor, speaks spanish and italian. Jane, 36, musician & teacher, also speaks spanish and Ciaran, 34, media freelancer - all of us speak english :)
The room comes unfurnished, the bed is a small double and is for sale for £40 (headboard pictured not included). The room has a built in wardrobe and shelves.
Available from Tuesday 24th June
Rent is due on the 26th of every month
Bills are not included but are sent to one housemate and come in at just under £100 a month (also due on the 26th), this includes all bills; water, electricity, heating, internet and council tax.
