***Ensuite room in house with garden Northern Line

Hey!

I have a room going from Aug 20th in Golders Green, living with 5 others (2 guys, 3 women between 27 and 34). Mix of creative, gaming development, hospitality, often a quiet kitchen/living space and everyone in and out for work, cleaning and washing rota sorted, all very straightforward, easygoing professional house and we managed to get together for a bbq last month.

I can’t afford my ensuite anymore, so I am sizing down, but it’s been a luxury 🥲

£775 + bills around 100 or less and rent stays the same for the next year. Heath extension is v close (and the rest of it), 12 min walk to Northern Line or there are several buses that stop 1 min from the house.
