After over 6 amazing years, I will be leaving London at the end of September. I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely and cosy shared flat located in Golders Green (NW11).

Please note that this would be for a 12 months minimum contract. You must have the right to rent in the UK and will be subject to credit checks.

Room & Flat:
🛏️ large bedroom fully furnished - including a desk, double bed, storage, etc.
🏡 Common spaces - shared with 3 other flatmates from the UK (2 males and 1 female). All professionals in their late 20s/mid-30’s, either working from home or going to the office a few times a week. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and we love a good chat, but we also do enjoy our own space and time. So, if you’re looking for a super social flat, that might not be the best fit for you.
🍽️ Large kitchen - well equipped with dishwasher, 2 fridges/freezers, etc. + loads of storage space.
🛁 2 Bathrooms - both have toilets, the main one has a bath and the other one is smaller with just a shower cabin.
🛋️ Large living room - separated from the kitchen with 2 sofas and desk area.
🌻 Communal garden - open to all residents of the house.
💸 Rent - £850/pcm > bills NOT included
📅 Availability - from Tuesday 30th September

The area:
🏘️ Golders Green - a residential neighbourhood, super quiet, friendly and peaceful with everything you need on your doorstep.
🚇 Transport - very well connected with the closest tube station being Golders Green (Northern Line, Edgware branch) 5min walk away, along with a great bus hub, including National Express.
🛒 Groceries - there is a large Sainsbury’s 5min walk away, huge corner shop a little further and a couple of Asian supermarkets as well.
🌳 Parc - Golders Hill Park just around the corner, which then merges into Hampstead Heath.
🥡 Eating out - wide selection of coffeeshops around the station and plenty of Asian options restaurant wise, along with Italian, Mediterranean and vegan ones too.
