The house comprises a kitchen with separate dining area and utility room (with washing machine and dryer), a large lounge which housemates can work from, a shared bathroom, a separate shared toilet and large well maintained garden (the landlord pays for a gardener).

Bills are split equally between the housemates monthly which includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax. In total this works out to be about £80-90 per month.
