Hi there! I’m going to be moving back home to Cornwall at the end of October, so i’m in search for a replacement for this lovely room in Golders Green.

It’s a really nice double room in a flat shared with one other person. The location is ideal, only a 5 minute walk to Golders green station.

• £900/month for a student, £950 for a professional (due to council tax - Barnet, Band D)

• Peaceful, with views of rooftop birds and Wembley in the distance

• Two lovely, very friendly cats!

A bit about the flat mate:
She works as a civil servant and studied human rights & politics at LSE. She likes to keep a clean, tidy, peaceful space. She values her own space and goes away visiting family in Sheffield often—so you’ll have the flat to yourself quite a bit. But also really wants to find someone that can be a friend as well as a flat mate :) She’s mainly Iooking for someone that would be clean, organised and up for a chat and the occasional movie night.
