Spacious Studio Flat for Sublet - November

I’m subletting my large studio flat in Golders Green for the whole month of November.

I’ve put a lot of care into making this space a cosy home and I’m looking for someone who will treat it as such and take good care of the plants while I’m away. The flat comes fully furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable. There’s a video projector for movie nights as an extra bonus. It is very quiet so you won’t be disturbed at all.

The flat is the size of a one-bedroom, with lots of natural light and high ceilings (a rare find in London). It is located close to Golders Green tube station which is on the Northern line with really good transportation links to Central London - being 15 mins away from King's Cross. There is a big Sainsbury's 5 minutes way from the flat and lots of local shops and cafés. Hampstead Heath and Golders Hill park are close by if you enjoy nature walks.

The rent is £1600 in total for the month (£1,450 rent and £150 for all bills). It’s a pet-free and smoke-free household, and suited for one person only.
