Spacious Studio Flat Sublet - End of Jan/Feb

I’m subletting my large studio flat in Golders Green from 22nd of Jan to 2nd of March.

The flat is the size of a one-bedroom, with lots of natural light and high ceilings (a rare find in London). It is located close to Golders Green tube station which is on the Northern line with really good transportation links to Central London - being 15 mins away from King's Cross. There is a big Sainsbury's 5 minutes way from the flat and lots of local shops and cafés. Hampstead Heath and Golders Hill park are close by if you enjoy nature walks.

I am looking for someone who would like to stay in my cozy home and look after my plants while I am away. The flat comes with everything you need to feel comfortable. There’s a video projector for movie nights and sleeping couch for guests as an extra bonus. It is very quiet so you won’t be disturbed at all.

The rent for the whole stay is £1,970: £1,600 for the full rent in February + £370 for the 10 days in January - which is a week's rent. It’s a pet-free and smoke-free household, and suited for one person only.
