(Flexible dates) My flatmate, Anna is sadly moving back to her country after living in this flat for 8 years. I am the current flatmate and I work in a school, Monday to Friday.
The whole flat is for 2 people in total.
The available room has ample space. It comes with double bed, chair, desk, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, new carpet.
The rent for the room is 890£. Bills are not included and they are around 180£ per person.

Big living room with an open-plan kitchen which has a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, stove and oven.
1 big shared bathroom with toilet included.
Location:
The flat is situated 6 minutes walk from Golders Green station (Northern line), zone 3, very well conected to the city center. There is also a bus stop near the house (bus 210, 268 and N5)
It is a beautiful location - Golders Hill Park is just 5 minutes walk away from the flat. Also, Hampstead Heath is just a few minutes walk away.
