Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot on the tenancy for a lovely flat in Golders Green.
I am moving out, and the agency has already agreed to a formal lease takeover. You would be joining the official tenancy agreement which runs until July 2026 (with the option to renew).
The Room & House:
The Room: Large, furnished double room with a big window and great natural light.
The Flat: Sharing with two other friendly, quiet professionals. It’s a very respectful house where we value our own space and privacy.
Location: Heart of Golders Green, close to shops and transport. 8 mins to Golders Green Station. 10 mins to near supermarkets - Sainsbury's, M&S, and Waitrose.
The Numbers:
Monthly Rent: £725 (Bills included).
Deposit: £850 (This will be registered with a protected scheme via the agency).
Move-in Date: 10th March.
March Rent: Since I have paid March in full, the new tenant will pay a pro-rated amount of £491 (for 10th–31st March) to me. From April, rent is paid normally to the agency.
Process: As this is a formal replacement, the agency will conduct a standard reference check. There is a small administrative fee for the contract update.
