Room in lovely flatshare in Golders Green ☀️💜

We have a room opening up in our gorgeous flat in Golders Green! The flat is really spacious, open, and bright, and located in a lovely area on the Northern line within walking distance of multiple food shops (including big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and M&S!), Golders Hill Park, and the Hampstead Heath extension! ☀️🌲

The room would be available starting May 3rd and we’re looking for someone to move in to take over the contract from then onwards. It also comes unfurnished, but our current flatmate who’s moving out is also happy to sell some of the furniture in the room! The monthly rent is £877 per month excluding bills, and the minimum annual salary required is £26,310 to pass our landlord’s referencing process. You will also share a main bathroom with two other tenants, and there is also a half bathroom on the first level of the flat.

A little about us as a household — we are an equal balance of clean, fun, and social yet respectful of solo time, so we would love to find a fourth diva to match that energy and complete our flat fam, preferably in the 25-32 age range! We’re also a little bit woo woo and love to manifest and occasionally sage the house, so be prepared for a bit of that as well 🔮✨ here is a little bit about each of us!

Aubrey (30, American) is a masters student and loves travel, coffee/market dates, gardening, hosting picnics & dinner parties, and is always keen to be your adventure buddy!

I’m Pooja (28, American), starting an anthropology PhD in autumn, and I love eating, traveling, dropping it down low and engaging in cozy girl hobbies! You’ll catch me in the common areas knitting, practicing tarot, or watching TV/movies.

Liam (26, Kiwi 🇳🇿) the best gay ever, working in fashion, big into art and musical theatre. You'll usually find him on the couch reading the latest edition of Vogue, watching a film, or enjoying a glass of wine.
