Double bedroom in a three-bedroom flat, located just a 5-minute walk from Golders Green Station (Northern Line, Zone 3, Night Tube on weekends) and just off the High Road. Central London is easily accessible, around 30 minutes door-to-door to Tottenham Court Road.

The flat is on the second floor and includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and living room with a balcony overlooking a quiet, flower-filled courtyard. All bedrooms have their own locks and keys. The building is secure with electric gates.

The available room is a small double bedroom. Please note the current furniture belongs to the outgoing flatmate and may change. Due to the size, a double bed will significantly limit additional space.

We’re Lina (40) and Lina (36), two queer professional women from Greek/German and Portuguese backgrounds. We both work in creative fields (graphic design/illustration and videography/photography). We keep a very clean, quiet, and respectful home and value a calm living environment.

- Clean, tidy, and considerate
- Looking for a quiet home (no parties, minimal guests)
- No students, no couples
- This is not a social/party flat, we’re looking for someone who wants a relaxed, stable home.

Practical details:
Rent: £531.10 per month
Bills not included (Council Tax, Thames Water, OVO gas/electricity, NOWTV broadband, approx. £200-250 per month depending on usage)
