House & Occupants
There are three bedrooms in total, two of which are currently occupied by mature and responsible people. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are shared among three people in total.
Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

Location
The house is located in a quiet residential area 7 min walk from Golders Green Tube Station and shops. Bus stops just outside the house. Brent Cross shopping centre, Golders Hill Park & Hampstead Heath lie within walking distance. Several smaller parks also on our doorstep. Buses from Golders Green are well connected to east/west/north and central London. National Express (dep./arr. from GG station) offers frequent services to/from Stansted and Luton airports (about 1h journey) and many more destinations in UK. Cricklewood train station is a 15min a walk, running 24-hour services on the Thameslink route. (Luton, Brighton, Gatwick etc..)

Bills (not included)
Gas & electricity are divided equally with all residents. Bills are accessible to all to view. (About £20/£30 Summer time - £40/£50 Winter time per month)

New tenant
We are looking for someone who will help maintain a pleasant and well-kept home by sharing household responsibilities with the other tenants. The ideal person is clean, tidy, considerate, and respectful of others' space and privacy. We value a quiet and friendly living environment and are seeking someone who will contribute positively to the household.
Must be a non-smoker.
References are required. We are also happy to provide you with references from our former tenants. Flexible moving date.

Rent & Deposit
1 month in advance rent (£850) plus an equivalent deposit of 1 month (£850) is required by us when you rent the room. Minimum stay 6 months.
A lodger agreement will be issued to protect both parties.
